In August 2025 Qiddiya Investment Company announced that Adeera, a hotel company backed by the Public Investment Fund, will run hotels across Qiddiya City under three home-grown brands: Alia (elevated Saudi luxury), Sama (five-star contemporary lifestyle) and Noor (efficient mid-market). The names come from words in the Saudi national anthem.
